Tips before Choosing a Driver Training School

Remember that you are making an investment in your future. When choosing a driver training school, do not be afraid to ask questions.

Common questions that you should ask are:

-> Is your school licensed? Are your instructors licensed?

-> How many years of TEACHING driving experience do your instructors have? (not driving experience as teaching driving and driving is a separate skill)

-> Are your vehicles safe with dual controlled steering wheel, gas & brake and mechanically inspected?

-> Do you have a vehicle with standard/ automatic transmission if I want to learn to drive one?

-> What do I need to have/bring/do before starting the course (i.e. eligibility to drive, display sign, type of clothing, equipment, gear, etc.?)

-> Finally, look for the reputation of the driving school on social media or other platforms or someone known to you recommending it.
